Return & Refund Policy – Chain Amsterdam
At Chain Amsterdam, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can easily return or exchange it under the conditions below.
Returns or Exchanges
You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the jewelry is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Free from damage or signs of wear
To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@chainamsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll then send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Exchanges
Need a different size or prefer another piece?
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as possible.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
After your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please allow a few additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item).
The exact cost will depend on your courier and location.
Promotions & Discount Offers
For promotional campaigns, bundle deals, or free gift offers, special return rules apply:
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or multi-item discount (e.g. “Buy 2, get 1 free”) can only be fully refunded if the entire set is returned.
- If only part of the promotion is returned, the discount or value of the free product will be recalculated based on the items you keep.
- Free gifts cannot be refunded but may be eligible for exchange under certain conditions.
These rules ensure that our promotions remain fair and transparent for all customers.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
