Shipping Policy – Chain Amsterdam

At Chain Amsterdam, every piece of jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with attention to detail. We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition.


Shipping Times

The Netherlands
Orders placed before 8:00 PM (CET) on business days are usually delivered the next day.

Belgium, Germany, Austria & France
Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days.

Other European countries
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on the local courier and destination.

Custom or made-to-order jewelry
For personalized or made-to-order items, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production and delivery. Each piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before shipment.


International Orders, Taxes & Duties

For shipments outside the Netherlands, local taxes, customs fees, or import duties may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs regulations and rates vary by country, we cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

All international orders are shipped under “Duties Unpaid” (DDU) terms, meaning import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


Address & Order Changes

To ensure fast processing, we begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@chainamsterdam.com.
Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any address changes.


Shipping & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Chain Amsterdam works exclusively with trusted delivery partners but cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit.


Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@chainamsterdam.com within 30 days of shipment.
After this period, carriers can no longer provide proof of delivery, and we won’t be able to initiate an investigation.
