These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), together with your booking made under the Terms and Conditions, constitute a contract for the Services between you and the Transport Service Provider, entered into by you and by us as agent for and on behalf of the Transport Service Provider. We are not responsible for, and will not be liable in respect of, any acts or omissions of the Transport Service Provider, including, without limitation, any failure or delay in providing the Services or any other disruption to the journey caused by the Transport Service Provider.

By accessing, browsing, using our website and completing a reservation, you agree to understand and acknowledge the written terms and conditions (including privacy policy).

All bookings must be made at least 5 hours before the transfer service. Once you receive the confirmation, make the payment according to the instructions. If two or more people are included in the booking and you are the person making the booking, you accept the Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

You must be over 18 years old to make a booking.

For every successful booking, we will communicate the confirmation email. We ask you to check your details and if there is an error, please inform chainamsterdam.com. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any changes in services.

The car service provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if you cannot share the confirmation voucher with your name.

At the time of reservation, the rate is linked to the locations, number of people and the type of vehicle selected. In case of any difference, chainamsterdam.com reserves the right to charge you the difference or may also refuse to provide the services.

The prices shown are per vehicle and not per person. We would appreciate if you can share the number of passengers including children and infants. If infants and toddlers are travelling with you, we recommend that you bring a car seat. We cannot guarantee the availability and quality of the child seat. The availability of baby seats is subject to availability.

Prices include fees and VAT according to local laws. All prices are in Euros and are subject to change without notice if the booking is not confirmed. Once the booking is confirmed, the agreed prices apply.

Transfer prices are paid to the driver in cash only unless an online payment option is arranged in advance.

However you choose to make a booking, it is important to understand how and when and with whom a contract is formed. When we offer the Services on the Website, we invite you to make an offer to purchase the Services from the Transport Service Provider. You only make this offer by clicking “Book Now” on our Payment Details page.

Your purchase of the Services and the provision of the Services are subject to the relevant laws of the country and/or state in which the trip takes place.

Your booking on the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By confirming that you wish to book the Services through the Website, you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms.


Special Requests

In case of a special request, the passenger must notify the customer service team no later than 2 working days.
Any additional costs incurred will be communicated to passengers by the support team.

Changes

If passengers need to make changes, they must cancel the booking and then make a new booking.
Any change to passenger details two days before booking is free of charge.
If passengers have any complaints, they should report them as soon as possible.


Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

A Force Majeure Event means any unforesen event beyond reasonable control including strikes, transport failures, war, natural disasters, airport closures, flight cancellations or similar disruptions.

Neither we nor the Transport Service Provider will be liable for any delay or failure caused by a Force Majeure Event.

If such an event continues for 2 working days after pick-up time, we may cancel the booking with at least 24 hours’ notice and refund all paid amounts.

In case of vehicle breakdown, the transport provider must arrange an alternative solution as soon as safely possible.


Our Commitments

We will provide the services requested.
If the selected vehicle is unavailable, we will try to arrange an equivalent alternative.
Emergency contact information will be shared before the transfer.

Your Obligations

You must provide accurate booking details and ensure passengers are ready at the pick-up time.
Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All passengers must be fit to travel.
You are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle and ensuring passenger compliance with these Terms.


Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled between 2 and 48 hours before pick-up time depending on the provider.
Late cancellations may be charged in full.
If we cancel due to provider-related issues, we will attempt to arrange an alternative or refund all paid amounts if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of pick-up.


Right of Return / Refund

If the driver or vehicle does not arrive or the journey is not completed as agreed (excluding Force Majeure), you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of pick-up time with booking details.
Refund reviews may take up to 14 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
